MOVER
Picture
Summer is a mover. She loves to dance, choreograph, and devise.

She has choreographed the ensemble musical, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown and recently choreographed a socially-distanced chair routine for Fireside Shakespeare Company's devised show, SYZGY. One of her most memorable credits was when she tap danced as Maggie in Flora the Red Menace while 5 months pregnant with her son, Harvey Jude.

Summer blends her movement and rhetoric training together in order to fully embody the characters she portrays. By doing so, she brings a tangible physicality that aligns with and breathes life into the language.

CHOREOGRAPHY
Check out this clip from SYZGY for Summer's socially-distanced chair dance. She choreographed the dance and then collaborated with Molly Seremet and Doreen Bechtol to add variation in floor pattern, timing differences, and individual devised work into the choreography.
